The Airport Authority is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for its 2009 Summer College Intern Program at San Diego International Airport. We are really excited about this year’s program.
There will be 13 interns here working side-by-side with aviation professionals on some great real-world projects. Also, a weekly activity attended by all interns will highlight different careers available in the world of aviation. And this year, we are rolling out something new — the interns will work on a top-secret group project … a real chance to show off your skills and talents!
Also, check out past Ambassablog postings Airport Interns Unmasked and Back to School for stories, a cool video and testimonials on last year’s intern program at the airport. We had a fantastic group last year, and we can’t wait to welcome the 2009 class!
All the details on applying for a college internship at the airport can be found on college internship section of the Airport Authority’s Website. We encourage applicants from both San Diego and throughout the U.S. to apply. You must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student. As always, the Airport Authority is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
