The Goodwill Ambassador Program at San Diego International Airport educates and inspires Airport Authority employees about the roles, responsibilities and major initiatives of the airport, so that employees can share this information with their families, friends and community contacts. The program empowers employees to be “Goodwill Ambassadors” for the airport in order to enhance the community’s awareness and understanding of the airport’s role in the San Diego region. A few times a year, the airport’s Goodwill Ambassadors gather for exciting sessions where they learn about important aspects of the airport.
