The San Diego region seemed to collectively will the Chargers on to a hopeful victory (that, alas, wasn’t to be) against the Pittsburgh Steelers as the team left for Pennsylvania last Friday. That was certainly evident at San Diego International Airport, which sent the team off with giant banners and a runway farewell. Well, here’s to next year!

I haven’t been to San Diego in a long time. I used to go quite often when I lived in New Mexico. I really love the airport and all the conviences nearby for having an inexpensive day trip.
