I love the instruction flip book! I wanted to read the entire book because it was different – not boring – but the end result is the education of the new boarding process! Kudos to SWA.

From what I witness while watching the passengers utilize the new boarding system, the passengers seem to be much more relaxed. They walk up when their group is called – but they are walking up with coffee, magazines, food – all supporting the Airport Master Plan! Kudos again SWA for encouraging our passengers to enjoy the Airport services!
